the overall experience was very satisfactory... from the online ordering, the
timely turnaround from my placing the order to shipment/delivery, the
notifications and updates on the status of my order/delivery, the packing, the condition of my hats once received, the fit, expected style/look; all was very
satisfactory! i in fact reordered one of the hats, in order to have a backup!
i would not hesitate to purchase/place another order in the future. i have
made some family members/friends aware of the hat depot! (this is in ref to
the tennis hat classic and the pot pie).
