The Hat Depot - Cross Shape Top Paper Straw Fedora

I was in the hospital for 12 days when the hat arrived so I haven’t had a chance to check it out other than quick try it on. It’s a bit big for my head so would like to exchange it. Please send info on how to do this. Thanks.

Love the way the hat looks,but it was not a size s/m although that is what the tag inside said it was which was also the size ordered it was more like a L/XL but I used sizing tape so I'll keep it.
